 Mohammed Haji
Mohammed graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2000 with a BSc honours degree in Computer Science & Software Engineering.
He then joined the University of Leeds and graduated with an MSc in Advance Distributed Systems in 2001. He went on to gain his PhD from the University of Leeds in 2005. His thesis was entitled "A SNAP-Based Grid Resource Broker using the Three-phase Commit Protocol".
During his time at Leeds he worked upon the following projects:
- BROADEN (Business Resource Optimisation for Aftermarket and Design on Engineering Networks)
- SeCE (Scientific e-Community Environment)
- EUROCHAMP-2
- and MESMER
Mohammed's research interests at Leeds were in Grid resource management and brokering. Upon leaving the research group he joined Capital Market and now works for them at Canary Wharf.
