The gViz Project

Software

The gViz library can be downloaded from here. The current version is 1.1. Improvements from 1.0 include:

more integrated Makefiles
better cross-platform support
better documentation
XML schema of protocol included
various minor bug fixes

It is available in two formats:

gViz 1.1 (zip)
gViz 1.1 (tgz)

Also available is a zip of compiled Win32 binaries so that gVizMatlab can be used under Windows even without a compiler.

gVizWin 1.1 (zip)

The previous version (version 1.0, released December 2004) is now deprecated. It is not fully compatible with version 1.1 and using a 1.1 client or proxy with a 1.0 simulation (or vice versa) may have unexpected results.
