PhD Research - Collaborative Interaction in Virtual Environments

Having graduated with a BSc in Computer Science from Leeds University, I am now researching collaborative virtual environments under supervision from Dr. Roy Ruddle. I am a member of the Visualization and Virtual Reality group.

Urban planning review system
Developed for evaluation of Collaborative Virtual Environment functionality. Includes voice and text communication, and support for explicit hierarchical groups.

After school's club
A Pacman mobile phone game developed so pupils at schools in Leeds can build their own custom version of the game, learning about programming in the process.

Final year project
My undergraduate final year project used 3D Tetris to evaluate usability in virtual environments, and compared single user interaction with collaborative interaction.

GI31 - Advanced graphics coursework
I've put some nice textures onto the original 2004 coursework to make it look pretty! The spec was to design a fairground ride.
