Ratio values (shown by a green - magenta gradient in B) indicates log2 (Treated/Control) and ranges from -1.26 to 1.05. Range of log transformed P-values (shown by a green-black gradient in A) indicate a range of P-value between 0.01 and 1. P-value lower than 0.01 are visualized as 0.01. The phylogenetic group of each gene is reported after the name. A magenta dot next to the dendrogram indicates that the gene is statistically regulated (P-value < 0.05) in at least 3 different conditions.
