The main purpose of this talk is to present a new family of high-order finite differences schemes used to simulate the steady incompressible flow governed by Stokes equations in a bidimensional domain.
The formulation of pressure boundary conditions is discussed for being a necessary condition for the success of the simulations. The results of different test cases for the Stokes flow are presented to show the different properties of the schemes and the extension to the Navier-Stokes equations concludes this talk according to the current state of research.
