Image analysis of DEMRI data of the MCP joint
We consider Dynamic Enhanced Magnetic Resonance Images of the metacarpophalangeal joint, captured for diagnoisis of rheumatoid arthritis.
These 4D datasets are large, and represent an interpretation problem for clinicians.
This project is being conducted by Olga Kubassova in pursuit of her PhD under the supervision of Roger Boyle.
