Leeds University Staff Badminton Club

Welcome!

The aim of our club is to provide opportunities for our members

to play badminton within a social club environment;

to improve their standard of playing; and

to enter competitive games organised by the Leeds & District Badminton League (LDBL).

The club is open to

all categories of staff in the University of Leeds;

postgraduates;

alumni;

team members of 'University Staff' in the LDBL; and

friends and families of registered club members.

The club provides feather shuttles and the home ground is the University of Leeds Sports Centre. Currently, we have two Gents team (Division 1 and Division 3), a Ladies team in Division 1, and 2 Mixed teams (in Division 1 and Division 3) in the Leeds & District Badminton League. Match nights are : Tuesdays 7-10pm and Fridays 8-10pm.
