Three modules are available, IsosurfacePyr, SlicePyr and BuildPyrTree. The first two modules can be substituted directly for the ones available in release 4. The SlicePyr module output port has been renamed from Isosurface to Slice and hence any maps using this module will report a widget error and require the outputs to be re-connected and the map re-saved.
