Computational Fluid Dynamics, with particular emphasis on:
- Adaptive mesh refinement
- Mesh movement algorithms
- Genuinely multidimensional upwind schemes
- Multidimensional flux/slope limited schemes
- Numerical methods for hydraulic/coastal engineering
- Numerical weather prediction
- Source term discretisations
