By Train
Leeds is easily accessible by train. See the National Rail website for information on train times and fares. -
By Car
Leeds is linked to the major motorways M1 and M62. See "Leeds by car" for more details. No arrangements have been made for car parking. Further details will be provided in due course. -
By Air
From outside the UK, flights to Leeds/Bradford Airport are available from many European cities. The airport is seven miles from the university (taxis around £15). The "MetroConnect 757" bus runs to Leeds train station (every 30 mins, around £2). Additional flights are available via Manchester Airport, around 1.5 hours away by a direct train (around £20).
Travelling to the Conference Venue
BMVC will be held at the main University of Leeds campus on Woodhouse Lane. This is around 15 minutes walk from Leeds City railway station, or a ten minute taxi ride. See Google Maps for directions.
Instructions on arrival for residential delegates will be provided in due course.
