Registration
Registration is now open. Please register by logging in to the CAWS system and selecting "Registration". If you do not already have an account on the system you can create one:
To complete registration you will need to authorise payment of the total amount shown after you have completed your registration details online. Please download the payment form (PDF) and return it according to the instructions on the form, by fax or post.
Please remember that your registration is not complete until payment is authorised.

Notes on registration:
- All registrations (residential/non-residential, student/non-student) include proceedings, lunch on 2nd/3rd/4th September, tea/coffee, and conference dinner on 2nd September.
- Residential registration includes en-suite accommodation for nights of 1st/2nd/3rd September (3 nights).
- Accommodation is in standard undergraduate student rooms, consisting of small bedroom with single bed, and small private bathroom. It is not suitable for sharing. There are no cooking facilities.
A limited number of bursaries are funded by the BMVA, covering costs of attendance at the conference for UK students. Please see the registration form for details of eligibility and how to apply.
Invitation Letters
If you require an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please email us, stating your contact details and including a fax number. Please state if you also require a copy sent by conventional mail, including your postal address.
We can only send invitation letters to authors (please state your submission number), or delegates who have registered online and sent a completed payment form.
