Final Paper Submission
Submission of final camera-ready papers is now open. You may check the status of your paper and upload the final version using the CAWS system:
The deadline for submission of camera-ready copy is 21st July 2008.
Instructions
You should upload your final paper to the CAWS system. The format for final papers is identical to that for the review copy. You must:
- Ensure details on the submission form are correct and match your paper i.e. title, authors, abstract
- Add authors and affiliations to your paper
- Address any comments made by the reviewers
- Address any comments on formatting specific to your paper, sent by email
The deadline for camera-ready copy is 21st July 2008. Please try to submit your final PDF ahead of this deadline so that any final corrections can be requested.
Copyright
The copyright in BMVC papers is retained by the authors. The BMVA, as publisher of the proceedings, holds copyright over the collection, but the authors may make any use of papers they have authored including making an exact copy available on their own or other websites. There is, therefore, no need to complete a copyright form.Registration and Payment Requirements
Papers are accepted for publication by BMVC conditional on one author, competent to present the work, attending the conference. We must receive online registration and faxed/posted payment form by the deadline for camera-ready copy. See the registration page.
Papers for which no registration/payment are received will be withdrawn from the conference and, where possible, from the published proceedings. If you anticipate problems in completing payment by the deadline, please contact us.
Invitation Letters
If you require an invitation letter to apply for a visa, please email us, stating your contact details and including a fax number. Please state if you also require a copy sent by conventional mail, including your postal address.
Author Kit
Please refer to the following files for detailed formatting instructions:

Formatting: The page limit is 10 pages, including all figures, references and appendices. Margins, fonts, etc. should match the specified formatting guidelines - see the example paper.
LaTeX/Word: We strongly encourage all authors to prepare their manuscripts using LaTeX and the provided template. Authors who insist on using Microsoft Word are requested to follow the formatting in the provided word document carefully. Note that the Word template has been significantly updated since 2007 - please ensure you use the latest version
